Institute for Operational Assurance

About the Institute

Advancing the science and practice of assured execution

The Institute develops the research, language, frameworks and community needed to keep human and AI activity aligned with organisational intent.

Why the Institute exists

Organisations increasingly depend on complex combinations of people, systems, controls and AI. The Institute exists to investigate the space between documented intent and the reality of execution.

02

Frameworks

03

Education

Make the discipline understandable and applicable

04

Convening

Bring together practitioners, researchers and leaders

The Institute's four-part purpose: Research, Frameworks, Education and Convening.

Gulf-born, globally relevant

The Institute is grounded in the scale, ambition and institutional complexity of the Gulf, with a global ambition for the discipline and its applications.

Governance and people

The Institute is in formation. Governance structures and named people will be published when they are established and confirmed.

Founded by
